Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Apps / Power Automate Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and SharePoint Online, with experience delivering scalable business solutions and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and enhance Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.
- Develop and optimize workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
- Design scalable data models using Microsoft Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Implement Power Platform governance, security roles, and environment management.
- Troubleshoot applications, optimize performance, and provide production support.
- Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Microsoft Dataverse
- SharePoint Online
- Good understanding of:
- Power Platform Administration
- Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Solution Deployment and Environment Management
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services and Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
