About the Role:We're looking for a Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of NPD/localisation & contract manufacturing projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage vendor/contract manufacturer relationships for localised production
· Drive localisation projects — sourcing, tooling, compliance, and quality approvals
· Own project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination (procurement, quality, supply chain)
· Track KPIs — on-time delivery, cost savings, quality metrics
· Vendor negotiation, contract management, and risk mitigation
· Report project status to leadership; flag and resolve bottlenecks
· Driving digital initiative of the the organization
Requirements:
· 5-6 years' experience in project management, with exposure to NPD/localisation / contract manufacturing
· Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
· Experience with supply chain/manufacturing processes in India
· Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Project Management tools
· Bachelor's in Engineering/(mechanical/Electrical) Operations; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Location: Bangalore
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
