Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and articulate Telemarketing Executive to engage with real estate brokers and channel partners and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, professional maturity, and the ability to understand different broker personalities and business motivations.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to real estate brokers, channel partners, and industry contacts through outbound calls.
- Introduce the company's projects, offerings, and value proposition in a professional and engaging manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and project presentations for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers through consistent follow-ups and communication.
- Understand broker requirements, preferences, and business interests to create meaningful engagement.
- Handle objections confidently and maintain positive conversations with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and broker feedback in CRM systems.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified broker meetings and business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with field sales teams to maximize appointment conversions.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
