About the Role
The Assistant Manager - Supply will drive our supply growth strategy by building and scaling driver acquisition channels. The primary objective is to build a steady pipeline of drivers by building strategic partnerships with government networks, NGOs, vendors, and local auto unions. You will own the entire supply funnel, ensuring a seamless journey from lead generation to active onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Institutional & Government Sourcing: Identify and establish long-term sourcing partnerships with Government Institutions, NGOs, Government Driving Schools, and Employment Exchanges.
Community & Union Engagement: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including local Auto-Rickshaw Unions, Drivers' Welfare Associations, Transport Associations, and local municipal bodies.
Vendor & Channel Management: Identify, onboard, and manage local and pan-India manpower sourcing vendors, staffing agencies, and digital job portals.
End-to-End Funnel Management & Analytics: Own the entire supply conversion funnel. Track, analyze, and report daily/weekly supply metrics, acquisition costs (CAC), and channel-wise conversion rates using data-driven insights to optimize funnel bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Vendor Management, Institutional Sales, B2B Field Sales, or Gig-Economy Supply Acquisition (Mobility/Logistics experience is highly preferred).
- Language & Communication: Proficiency in English and Kannada. Proficiency in other regional languages like Tamil and Telugu is an added advantage.
- Travel & Flexibility: High flexibility to travel extensively within Bengaluru and occasionally to other operational cities based on business expansion needs.

- Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate complex conversations, ranging from high-level discussions with government officials to grassroots-level negotiations with auto union leaders.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets to track acquisition data, identify trends, and build operational reports.
- High Hustle & Ownership: A field-first approach with the resilience to solve real-world operational challenges on the ground.
- Communication Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and storytelling skills to pitch the livelihood/rental value proposition to potential drivers.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
