Telecalling Executive – Real Estate Company: JSK Group Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Location: Near Hyatt Hotel, Jaipur, Rajasthan Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Overview JSK Group is looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team. The role involves communicating with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, providing project information, and generating property sales opportunities through calls and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. Explain property projects, pricing, locations, and available options to clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication. Schedule and coordinate property site visits. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team to support the overall sales process. Achieve assigned calling and performance targets. Requirements Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones. Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred. Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates should be motivated, professional, and willing to learn. Compensation & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month Performance-Based Commission: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000+ per month Additional incentives may be provided based on performance.
