Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and backend services using PHP and Laravel. You will work closely with the technical and product teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions for the Sendvise platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
- Develop backend modules, business logic, and database functionality.
- Work with MySQL for database design, queries, optimization, and data management.
- Integrate external services such as messaging, payment, authentication, and other APIs.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Work with frontend developers to integrate backend APIs with web interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver features within timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel Framework.
- Good understanding of MVC architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs / API Integration.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and database concepts.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
- Understanding of authentication methods such as JWT/OAuth/API Tokens.
- Experience with third-party API integrations.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of basic web security practices.
Good to Have
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API / WABA integrations.
- Experience with messaging or communication platforms.
- Knowledge of Redis, queues, cron jobs, and background workers.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
- Experience working with payment gateway or CRM integrations.
- Basic understanding of Linux server management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Laravel/PHP development experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong Laravel projects and practical API experience may also be considered.
