We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage administrative coordination, official communication, and operational activities efficiently.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting official letters and handling communication with external organizations
- Coordinating, scheduling, and managing meetings including follow-ups
- Managing manpower communication and internal coordination
- Overseeing day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinating administration work and travel arrangements
- Managing personal accounts and related financial documentation
The role requires strong coordination skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills
- Strong coordination and organizational ability
- Good interpersonal and manpower management skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day office operations independently
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Working knowledge of Tally
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude with high level of confidentiality
