Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established resort standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room surfaces including bathrooms.
- Ensure rooms are properly stocked with guest amenities and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Handle guest belongings and lost & found items as per resort policy.
- Respond politely and promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and cleaning supplies in an organized manner.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with cleaning corridors, service areas, and public spaces when required.
