Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated QA Tester with hands-on experience in manual and functional testing for websites, especially in the eCommerce and SaaS domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through thorough testing processes across web applications and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Manual Testing across various browsers and platforms
- Perform Functional, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Retesting, and Cross-browser Testing
- Execute Usability Testing to ensure user-friendliness and optimal UI/UX
- Conduct Database Testing using MySQL and perform Data Validation
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Identify, report, and track bugs using JIRA
- Test APIs using Postman
- (Optional) Support with automation testing using Selenium
Required Skills & Tools:
- Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Web-Based Testing
- Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Retesting, Black Box Testing
- Defect Tracking: JIRA
- Tools: Postman, MySQL, Selenium (basic)
- Domain knowledge in eCommerce platforms and SaaS products
- Good understanding of website structures and user flow
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in web and application testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
