- Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Development projects from RFQ to SOP (Start of Production).
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare project timelines and monitor milestone completion.
- Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, SCM, and Purchase departments.
- Conduct feasibility studies and manufacturing process reviews.
- Prepare and maintain APQP documentation.
- Develop and submit PPAP documents to customers.
- Monitor prototype development, trial runs, and validation activities.
- Coordinate with customers regarding engineering changes (ECN/ECR).
- Prepare BOM, process flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, and work instructions.
- Ensure tooling development and production readiness.
- Support new product costing and technical discussions with customers.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce development lead time and manufacturing cost.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC.
- Good understanding of automotive manufacturing processes such as Casting, Machining, CNC, VMC, and Assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Experience with customer portals and documentation.
- Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1/Tier-2 supplier industry.
- Hands-on experience in new product industrialization and customer development projects.
- Exposure to customer audits and process validation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
