Job Purpose: To lead and manage the UAE and Global Visa operations by ensuring smooth, compliant, and error-free visa processing while driving team productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:
Oversee end-to-end UAE and Global visa operations, including application review, documentation, submission, and issuance.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to embassy/consulate guidelines and visa regulations across multiple countries.
Manage and monitor team performance, productivity, service quality, and turnaround time to achieve business targets.
Handle escalations, resolve complex visa cases, and maintain strong coordination with embassies, consulates, and internal stakeholders.
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and implementation of best practices within the visa function.
Work closely with HR and management on team development, training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare MIS reports, monitor operational KPIs, and ensure smooth functioning of visa systems, portals, and related processes.

Functional Skills:
Knowledge of UAE and Global visa processing procedures
Experience working on visa portals and application systems
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

Education: Any Graduation
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in visa operations within the travel industry
Prior experience in handling UAE and Global visa processes
Team handling and people management experience is mandatory
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
