- Order Management: Process sales orders, track purchase orders (POs), and verify delivery requirements with the IndiaMART B2B Directory or internal ERP systems.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transport vendors and the dispatch team to ensure timely and safe delivery of AAC blocks to construction sites.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, dealers, and contractors to answer inquiries and resolve delivery disputes.
- Data Maintenance: Track daily sales, update inventory logs, and maintain records using tools like Microsoft Excel
- Sales Support: Prepare price quotations, product catalogs, and follow up with the sales team to ensure targeted goals are met.
