We at MACLEC Clean Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a 1 Senior & 1 Junior toolroom operator for our hydrokinetic turbine manufacturing plant located in Kotla, Punjab. (near Kiratpur Sahib).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Machining & Fabrication: Set up and operate both conventional & CNC machines to manufacture and refurbish tooling components.
- Tool Maintenance: Inspect, assemble, repair, and adjust dies, moulds and cutting tools according to precise technical drawings and specification.
- Quality Assurance: Measure and verify machined parts using calipers, micrometers, or CMMs to ensure they meet strict dimensional tolerances.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: minimum ITI Diploma Holder
- Experience: Typically 3-4 years for senior & 1-2 years for junior toolroom operator
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints and operating shop floor machinery (Lathe, Surface Grinder, milling, etc.)
