Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development company.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar collaboration tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
