Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. The ideal candidate will be caring, lovable, and possess immense patience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to early childhood development.
Organize and facilitate interactive activities and educational games.
Oversee daily academic operations and ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Maintain accurate academic records and documentation for all activities at the center.
Create a safe, warm, and inviting atmosphere for all children.
Requirements:
Must have completed Montessori training or hold a TTC (Teacher Training Certificate).
Demonstrated experience or a strong passion for childcare.
Excellent patience, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage academic schedules and documentation.
Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Work Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
