- Support creation of engaging and effective learning materials
LMS Administration:
- Manage and administer LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Workday)
- Ensure smooth operation, tracking, and reporting of learning activities
Training Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions
- Handle logistics, training materials, and participant communication
Training Needs Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and feedback analysis
Curriculum Development Support:
- Assist in designing and improving training content and learning modules
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and feedback
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness and key metrics
Technology & Tools:
- Support implementation and use of learning technologies and platforms
Communication & Engagement:
- Promote L&D initiatives and communicate training schedules across the organization
Feedback & Improvement:
