Shift Details
- Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Rotational Week Off
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with existing customers over calls
- Provide assistance related to insurance services and policy information
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Build customer relationships through effective conversation
- Ensure proper follow-up and customer support
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC Passed or Above
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- 0–6 months of experience in BPO, telesales, customer service, or sales preferred
- Candidates with insurance knowledge will have an added advantage
- Fluency in Bengali, Marathi, or Gujarati is mandatory
- Good communication and convincing skills required
