EbixCash World Money Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and result-oriented Management Trainees – Business Development to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to build a rewarding career in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Forex, and Financial Services. The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in business development, lead generation, B2B sales, client relationship management, and corporate business acquisition while working alongside experienced professionals.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, eager to learn, confident in communication, and willing to take up field-based business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development activities to promote and grow the company's Forex and Financial Services business.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through Travel Agencies, Educational Consultants, Corporate Clients, and other B2B partners.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and other sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Understand customer and business requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with Branch and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer service and transaction processing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular updates on leads, client interactions, sales activities, and business development pipeline.
- Participate in client meetings and other business development activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Marketing / BBA preferred.
- Graduates from any discipline with a strong interest in Sales and Business Development may also be considered.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior internship or experience in Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and business development activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
