Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager & Designer who can handle both graphic design and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing content and managing social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads for real estate projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design creatives for social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, hoardings, and marketing materials
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and brand elements aligned with company guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign creatives and property promotions
- Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing use
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and introduce innovative ideas
- Ensure timely delivery of all creatives
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar
- Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and ad creatives
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for lead generation
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Increase followers, engagement, and overall brand visibility
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager (real estate experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus
- Strong understanding of design principles (colour, typography, layout)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics, and analytics tools
- Excellent creativity, communication, and content writing skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
