Job Opportunity – AM/DM/Manager Induction Hardening
Location: Phagwara Industry: Engineering Manufacturing
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
4+ years of experience in Induction Hardening
Knowledge of heat treatment processes, hardening defects, hardness testing, and metallurgical principles
Experience with CQI-9, IATF standards, and induction hardening equipment
Ability to handle production planning, quality control, maintenance coordination, and team management
