Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves strategic planning, market research, lead generation, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives
*Required Qualifications*

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and prospecting.
· Identify and acquire new clients to generate business opportunities.
· Conduct client visits and presentations to promote logistics solutions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and prepare proposals.
· Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business growth initiatives.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
· Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
