Business Segment Overview
Institutional: Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.
Responsibilities:
Position Purpose: To provide support to the local Securities Operations team by carrying out the day-to-day processing of operational tasks and duties. This is a multi-entity role as the team acts as an operational hub for StoneX Financial Pte. Ltd (Singapore)businesses. Roles include ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of trades, with a focus on fixed income and equity trade settlements. The successful candidate will be involved in handling portions of the trade lifecycle, post trade from pre-matching to resolving settlement fails. This role requires regular interaction with clients, SFL SME Team, and other internal and external teams. There will be the additional opportunity to provide support with trade reconciliations, cash management, and collateral oversight as well as contributing to various operational projects and handling ad hoc tasks as needed. The successful candidate will report into the local Securities Operations Senior Analyst(s).
Primary duties will include

Ensure timely processing of fixed income and equity trades, monitor trade settlement, ensuring that all trades are pre-matched, liaising with clients and brokers to address any discrepancies.

Monitoring and following up on trade fails, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.

Exceptions Managing trade reconciliations, helping to resolve breaks where applicable.

Assist the team of senior analysts to perform checks and controls.

Assist in writing procedures with the oversight from the Senior Analysts.

Qualifications:
To land this role you will need:
- A minimum of 1+ years’ experience within a securities Operations team setup.

Proven experience and an understanding of the trade lifecycle and settlement process for fixed income and/or equity trades.

Relevant experience in Asian markets, with hands-on involvement across multiple regional settlement frameworks, time zones, and regulatory environments. Strong understanding of end-to-end settlements processes, including trade lifecycle management, counterparty coordination, cut-off management, exception handling, and timely resolution of breaks, ensuring accurate and efficient settlements across Asian markets.

Working environment:
