About Us: We are a premium Mobile Pet Grooming startup launching in Kerala. We provide luxury, doorstep pet grooming services using a fully equipped, state-of-the-art grooming van. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pet Groomer to join our founding team!
Job Title: Lead Pet Groomer (Mobile Van)
Location: Kozhikode / Malappuram, Kerala, India
Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Salary & Benefits (The Best in the Industry):
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & skills).
- Commission: Attractive incentives per grooming session after hitting the daily target.
- Accommodation: FREE furnished accommodation provided .
- Relocation: One-way train/flight ticket will be reimbursed for out-of-state candidates
- Work Environment: Fully Air-Conditioned premium van with the latest grooming equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full grooming services including bathing, blow-drying, hair cutting (breed-specific styling), nail trimming, and ear/teeth cleaning.
- Handle anxious, aggressive, or senior pets with extreme care, patience, and love.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization of the grooming van and equipment.
- Assess pets for skin issues, ticks/fleas, and report to pet parents.
- Interact professionally and warmly with pet parents, explaining the services.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience as a Pet Groomer (Salon or Mobile).
- A valid Certification from a recognized Pet Grooming Academy is a huge plus.
- Must be familiar with grooming tools (clippers, shears, high-velocity dryers, etc.).
- Good communication skills (Ability to speak Basic English or Hindi is mandatory).
- No fear of large breed dogs or cats.
