- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; law, travel & tourism, business, or international studies are an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of visa and immigration procedures for popular countries
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) to explain processes clearly to clients
- Good documentation and attention to detail to avoid errors in applications
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle clients professionally
- Computer literacy (email, document handling, basic office software)
- Ethical conduct and confidentiality when dealing with client information
