Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product listings, pricing strategies, for day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms
- Ensure product accuracy, availability, competitive pricing, and a seamless online customer experience
- Contribute to process improvements, support promotional campaigns, and identify growth opportunities to drive online sales performance
- Continuously strive to provide a world-class experience to internal and external customers
- Liaise with other departments, such as the product team and the project team, as required, to highlight issues
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently while using the clients knowledge base resources, policies, and procedures
- Maintains high performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
