Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Present menu, take accurate orders, and make recommendations when required.
- Ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Service Operations:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and timely order delivery.
- Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and proper arrangement before and after service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and restaurant promotions.
- Process billing and collect payments accurately.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
- Follow FOH hygiene and grooming standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, cutlery, and dining area.
- Adhere to COVID-19 and general safety protocols.
Teamwork & Coordination:
- Cooperate with the FOH and BOH teams for smooth service operations.
- Assist in table clearing, restocking, and organizing service stations.
- Attend daily briefings and training sessions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
