Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee records, and general office administration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Manage employee assets and office facilities.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
