About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Sourcing Manager to drive channel partner (CP) engagement and client sourcing for our projects in the Dhayari area. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with brokers and channel partners, promote our projects, and ensure consistent client visits and lead generation from the broker network.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify, connect, and onboard channel partners
- Visit CP offices regularly to build relationships and maintain a strong network.
- Introduce and present our ongoing and upcoming projects to CPs with complete clarity on project USPs, pricing, and offerings.
- Invite CPs to project sites and organise regular site visits and walkthroughs.
- Motivate and drive CPs to run campaigns, prioritise our projects and generate client leads.
- Coordinate client visit line-ups for weekends and ensure smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with market trends, competing projects, and broker network dynamics in the Hadapsar area.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align sourcing efforts with project goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, channel partner management, or real estate sales.
- Strong network of brokers and CPs in Pune, preferably in the Dhayari - Warje belt.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
