As Fund Registration & Cross-Border Marketing Oversight Lead within our Product Registration Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end fund registration and ongoing maintenance activities across designated jurisdictions (registrations, updates, renewals, de-registrations).

Oversee third-party registration providers' day-to-day delivery, quality, and adherence to agreed processes and timelines.

Maintain governance and controls for outsourced registration activities, including oversight routines, issue logs, escalation paths, and evidence retention.

Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Distribution, and Operations to align requirements, gather inputs, and support timely submissions.

Track jurisdictional requirements and deadlines to ensure filings and documentation are complete, accurate, and on time.

Identify operational risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and support remediation and continuous improvement.

Conduct periodic third-party performance reviews (KPIs/SLAs, service reviews) and contribute to root-cause analysis for incidents.

Contribute to vendor governance activities and third-party relationship management to meet regulatory expectations.

Document processes and controls and support team knowledge management to strengthen resilience and audit readiness.

Prepare management information and forum updates (status reporting, pipelines, risks/issues) for internal stakeholders.

Support a control-minded operating model that sustains accurate, compliant registrations across global jurisdictions.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

At least 1 year Experience in fund operations, fund distribution support, product onboarding, or a comparable regulatory/operational role within asset management.

Working knowledge of UCITS and/or AIF structures and cross-border marketing/registration implications.

Demonstrated experience overseeing third-party providers and/or operating model oversight (coordination, quality checks, escalations).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple jurisdictional deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging cross-functionally.

Strong organizational skills, process orientation, and a control-minded approach to operational delivery.

Proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort using trackers/workflows.

Ability to maintain accurate records and evidence to support oversight and auditability.

Ability to operate within a risk and control framework and follow escalation practices.

Ability to monitor outsourced service delivery and ensure adherence to regulatory expectations.

Ability to support incident management, root-cause analysis, and remediation activities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Early-career exposure (internships/placements/first roles) in fund operations, distribution support, product onboarding, or similar; asset management exposure is a plus.

Foundational awareness of UCITS and/or AIF structures and willingness to learn cross-border marketing/registration requirements.

Some experience supporting third-party provider work (coordinating inputs, tracking deliverables, basic quality checks) with guidance.

Strong prioritization skills to manage deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.

Confident collaborator who asks thoughtful questions to confirm understanding across functions.

Highly organized and process-minded, with interest in controls and documentation.
