The Mobiliser is responsible for creating awareness about the organization's training programs, counseling prospective candidates, organizing mobilization activities, and ensuring admissions/enrollments meet assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to villages, schools, colleges, communities, and local organizations.
- Promote skill development programs, vocational training, and placement opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents about available courses and career prospects.
- Organize awareness camps, seminars, and mobilization drives.
- Generate leads through community outreach and referrals.
- Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, schools, and community leaders.
- Assist candidates with registration, documentation, and admission formalities.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Achieve monthly mobilization and admission targets.
- Support training and placement teams in candidate onboarding.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Convincing and counseling ability.
- Field marketing and community outreach experience.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English and the local language is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered).
- 0–3 years of experience in mobilization, admissions, sales, field marketing, or community engagement.
- Experience in Skill Development (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NSDC, PM Vishwakarma, etc.) is preferred.
