Job Summary:
The BBA Department is looking for a qualified and passionate faculty member to join its academic team. The ideal candidate must hold a Master’s degree in MBA and an undergraduate degree in BBA or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of teaching or research experience in higher education is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared NET/SLET/KSET, and those who are pursuing or have completed a Ph.D. in Management or related fields. The role demands a strong commitment to teaching excellence, student development, and academic contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate courses in Business Administration, including core and elective subjects.
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, continuous improvement, and academic innovation.
- Participate in research, publication, and knowledge-building initiatives.
- Support department-level events, seminars, and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with faculty peers and administrative teams to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree – Mandatory
- BBA or equivalent undergraduate degree – Mandatory
- NET / SLET / KSET – Preferred
- Ph.D. or currently pursuing Ph.D. in Management or allied subjects – Good to have
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching and/or academic research experience
