Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation, commissioning, and synchronization of multiple DG sets with mixed AVR configurations (R150, R180, etc.).
- Troubleshoot synchronization panels, load sharing, and alternator compatibility issues.
- Ensure compliance with CPCB IV+ emission norms and warranty obligations.
- Prepare audit-ready documentation for synchronization, commissioning, and service visits.
- Coordinate with vendors and service dealers for spare parts, AMC schedules, and escalation handling.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure annual service kit utilization.
- Provide technical training to service engineers on synchronization and DG operations.
- Support sales team with technical inputs for synchronization projects in domestic and export markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in DG sets, synchronization panels, and industrial power solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AVR configurations, load sharing, and alternator diagnostics.
- Familiarity with battery energy storage systems (BESS) and hybrid DG solutions preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
