Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
- Optimize content based on engagement, reach, and conversion data.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand partners when required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Generate leads and drive website traffic through social media initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is preferred.
