Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Design, review, and update academic content in line with UPSC & TNPSC syllabus and trends.
- Plan integrated study schedules, test series, and mock exams.
Faculty Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor teaching staff.
- Monitor teaching quality and conduct regular performance reviews.
Student Progress & Support:
- Track student performance through assessments, feedback, and analytics.
- Address academic concerns and provide guidance for improvement.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and academic workshops.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure high standards in academic delivery, study materials, and test content.
- Implement academic audits and feedback mechanisms.
Strategic Planning:
- Align academic strategies with the overall vision and growth plan of the academy.
- Monitor trends in UPSC & TNPSC exams and suggest timely changes.
Technology Integration:
- Oversee development of online content and blended learning initiatives.
- Ensure effective use of LMS and digital tools for learning delivery.
