Profile: Infrastructure Support Manager (Cloud Infrastructure)
Experience : Min 10+ years
CTC : upto 15 LPA (Depend on th interview)
Location: Mumba (Kharghar)

Qualification & Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management
Experience in Cloud Infrastructure
preferred experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain
Strong understanding of:
Servers, Storage, Databases, Middleware
Experience managing services through OEM/vendors
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day infrastructure operations
Handle incident & problem management with root cause resolution
Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain and track project issues and risks
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards & reports for senior management
Conduct team meetings to resolve operational challenges
Plan and execute HA (High Availability) & DR (Disaster Recovery) activities (with regulatory coordination like RBI)
Ensure:
Systems are always in HA mode
DR sync between application & databases
All DC infrastructure is fully operational
Oversee:
Configuration replication across DCs
Resource utilization thresholds
Capacity planning & forecasting
Enable UAT environments for new projects/CRs
Ensure production release processes compliance
Share project status with internal stakeholders and client (Bank/Intellect)
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
