Role Summary
The Erection Engineer will supervise on-site installation of precast structures
while ensuring safety, alignment accuracy, quality compliance, and timely
project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare erection plans, lifting methods, and site execution schedules
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and erection crews
- Supervise lifting, alignment, bracing, and installation activities
- Ensure site safety and adherence to erection methodology
- Track erection progress and resolve site-level challenges
- Coordinate with factory and logistics teams for smooth dispatch planning
- Maintain daily erection and progress reportsRequired Skills
- Knowledge of precast erection methodology
- Structural alignment and lifting coordination expertise
- Strong site supervision and safety management capability
- Ability to read structural and erection drawings
Qualification
- B.E / B. Tech – Civil Engineering
- Precast erection experience mandatory
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
