What you will do:
- Develop and manage your own book of business through business-to-business cold calling
- Follow up with new and existing clients to provide freight solutions and close deals
- Prospecting for new business. Build rapport and long-term relationships
- Coordinating with Account Managers and Logistics Coordinators to ensure client needs and expectations are met
- Update and manage client data on computer systems
What We’re Looking For: You Should Have:
- Excellent Communication skills. (English fluency a must)
- Intermediate to advance Excel skills. Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
- Keen attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - No graduation required
- International BPO experience preferred (Freshers also welcome!)
