Job Summary
Vasu Infosec Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales / Marketing Executive (Field Role). The candidate will be responsible for site visits, lead generation, and collecting business enquiries from corporate clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers, including Consultants and Project Management Consultants (PMC).
Key Responsibilities
- Visit corporate offices, industrial units, construction sites, IT parks, hospitals, malls, commercial buildings, data centers, airports, and metro/railway projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Consultants
- Project Management Consultants (PMC)
- MEP Consultants
- Contractors & End Users
- Generate business enquiries for:
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- Access Control & Security Solutions
- Conduct requirement discussions and present company profile.
- Maintain daily visit reports and enquiry trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and execution.
- Follow up on quotations and support deal closures.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma (any discipline)
- 3+ years experience in B2B / field / project / industrial sales
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Basic knowledge of Fire & Security systems (preferred)
- Basic Excel / CRM knowledge
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, CCTV, MEP, or Infrastructure sales
- Strong network with Consultants & PMC
- Good local market knowledge
- Target-driven and proactive attitude
- Professional and presentable personality
