Indirect Sourcing & Procurement :
- Lead the sourcing process for indirect categories (e.g. R&D equipment, consumable, Fasteners, 3D printing, local shop etc. ).
- Support Engineering orders for new product development (wiring harness, cable etc.)
- Manage and maintain the inventory
Logistics & Customs Coordination :
- Manage inbound logistics for R&D materials, including tracking shipments (FedEx/DHL) and coordinating with customs brokers.
- Ensure accurate documentation for "Not for Resale" items and R&D imports to minimize clearance delays.
- Optimize regional logistics workflows to improve delivery timelines for the Bangalore office.
- Manage porter / local vehicle delivery
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations (Automotive or Tech industry preferred).

4. NPD/ Prototype procurement
5. Handling urgent Engineering request
