About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Avature Configuration Specialist to support the configuration,
optimisation, and ongoing improvement of our recruitment and Offer management technology
platform.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience working with Avature platform, who
enjoys translating business needs into smart, scalable system solutions.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration & Maintenance
Configure and maintain Avature (or similar ATS/CRM) modules, including:
o Workflows, forms, fields, and contract templates
o User roles, permissions, and security
o Dashboards, reports, and basic analytics
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with Platform Team, Talent Acquisition, etc to:
o Gather requirements
o Translate business needs into system configurations
o Improve recruiter and candidate experience
Support & Enhancements
Support system enhancements, releases, and change requests
Perform testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Provide Level 2 support for recruitment system issues and queries
Documentation & Integration
Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process flows
Support integrations with other HR systems where required (e.g., PeopleSoft,
background checks)
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
3-4+ years of experience in Avature or ATS platforms.
Proven hands-on configuration experience in Avature.
Strong working experience in Avature’s Recruitment module.
Experience with onboarding, offer management workflows.
Exposure to integration environments using Junction.
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong understanding of:
o Recruitment workflows and end-to-end hiring processes
o System configuration (forms, workflows, permissions, templates, reports)
Experience working in a SaaS / cloud-based application environment
Professional Skills
Comfortable working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into
system solutions
Strong documentation and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have (Highly Regarded)
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR systems
Experience in Avature’s Agentic AI capabilities using Agent builder.
Experience in global TA transformation programs.
Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Workday etc.).
