Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in stability, QC, or R&D within cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, pharma, or personal care (adjust range to seniority).
Working knowledge of cosmetic stability methodology and analytical techniques (pH, viscosity, microbiology basics).
Familiarity with Indian cosmetic regulatory framework (CDSCO / Cosmetics Rules 2020) and relevant BIS standards; awareness of global norms (EU, ASEAN, ICH) is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
