Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and retailer networks across assigned territories.
- Develop business across retail, institutions, corporate accounts, and modern trade.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Coordinate order execution, stock availability, collections, and timely reporting.
- Provide market insights and sales reports to support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in the Beverage (BVG) or FMCG industry will be preferred.
- Proven experience in distributor appointment, channel sales, and market expansion.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
