Role Objective
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced HR professional to lead and strengthen workforce planning, and HR operations across production, retail, and corporate teams.
This role requires someone who can build and improve HR processes, implement workforce forecasting strategies, and bring structure, speed, and quality into the company’s people operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in factory manpower planning, blue-collar and white-collar hiring, HR process restructuring, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining a hands-on execution-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workforce Planning & HR Transformation
- Develop workforce forecasting strategies based on business growth, expansion plans, and future hiring needs
- Create structured manpower planning systems for factory, retail, and corporate operations
- Build standardized recruitment workflows, interview evaluation systems, and hiring SOPs
- Introduce scalable hiring processes and improve overall recruitment operations
- Identify process gaps and implement practical HR improvements aligned with business goals
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position SILAII as a premium and aspirational workplace
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring business roles
- Work with leadership teams to align hiring strategies with organizational growth plans
2. HR Operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR, payroll, compliance, factory, and department teams
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS data, and statutory documentation
- Support attendance management, leave coordination, and payroll-related processes
- Improve onboarding experience and employee integration processes
- Maintain organized HR documentation and reporting systems
- A professional capable of balancing speed, quality, compliance, and business needs effectively
3. Compliance & Factory HR Support
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements
- Support audits, inspections, labour documentation, and compliance processes
- Handle employee discipline, attendance concerns, and basic employee relations at the factory level
- Coordinate with management to ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures
- Support implementation of structured HR practices across production and corporate teams
4. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics such as hiring TAT, source effectiveness, cost per hire, and hiring performance
- Prepare monthly manpower reports, attrition reports, vacancy status, and workforce analytics
- Build recruitment dashboards and reporting systems for better hiring visibility
- Identify manpower gaps proactively and plan future hiring requirements
- Use HR data and reporting insights to improve recruitment efficiency and workforce planning
Key Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR operations
- Strong understanding of workforce forecasting and HR process optimisation
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight timelines

Compensation
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Compensation will be based on experience, skill set, and interview performance)
