About The Role
The Palmnest Farms is looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and hospitality-focused CRM / Guest Relationship Manager to manage guest inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction until post-checkout.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for hospitality, guest relations, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Booking Conversion
* Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, Instagram, referrals, and other channels.
* Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
* Share property details, quotations, packages, availability, and booking information.
* Maintain inquiry records and update lead status regularly.
Guest Relationship Management
* Build strong relationships with guests and clients.
* Assist guests with booking-related queries and special requirements.
* Ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to checkout.
* Collect guest feedback and encourage reviews and referrals.
Event & Stay Bookings
Handle inquiries and bookings for:
* Luxury Stay Experiences
* Birthday Celebrations
* Anniversary Celebrations
* Family Gatherings
* Corporate Events & Retreats
* Wedding Functions
* Pre-Wedding Events
* Photoshoots & Private Events
Coordination & Operations
* Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, event teams, and vendors.
* Ensure smooth communication between guests and internal teams.
* Maintain booking calendars and guest records.
Requirements
* Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident on calls and client meetings.
* Good sales and negotiation skills.
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
* Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Excel, and basic computer operations.
* Hospitality, hotel, resort, villa, event management, luxury sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Working Schedule
* 6 Days Working
* Sundays generally working due to hospitality operations
* One weekday off
* Property visits may be required occasionally
Compensation
Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, hospitality exposure, and overall suitability for the role.
