Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating communication, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist in planning events, reviews, and leadership meetings
- Maintain files, records, and documentation in an organized manner
- Support executives with ad-hoc tasks and priority projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
