We are looking for experienced Machine Operators for our nutraceutical manufacturing unit. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating nutraceutical production and packing machines, including coating, compression, blister, and strip packing machines. The candidate must ensure smooth production operations while maintaining quality and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and handle:
- Coating Machines
- Compression/Tableting Machines
- Blister Packing Machines
- Strip Packing Machines
- Perform machine setup, operation, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Maintain GMP, safety, and hygiene standards in the production area.
- Record batch details and machine-related documentation properly.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments whenever required.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and packing materials.
Requirements
- Experience in nutraceutical manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of coating, compression, blister, and strip packing operations.
- Basic understanding of GMP documentation and production processes.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- ITI/Diploma/Graduate candidates preferred.
- Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply.

Salary
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
