About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Event Project Coordinator to join our team in Kochi and help manage the launch of the Irish Nurses Awards — a new national awards event recognising excellence in nursing across Ireland.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, planning, and working on fast-moving projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams, sponsors, venues, suppliers, and healthcare stakeholders to help bring the event to life from planning stage through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day planning and execution of the awards event
- Manage project timelines, trackers, and follow-ups
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, AV teams, catering, and event partners
- Support sponsorship coordination and table sales follow-ups
- Help manage award nominations and judging processes
- Coordinate invite lists, attendee communication, and registrations
- Work with marketing and design teams on event promotions
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and project documentation
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Support event-day logistics and overall guest experience
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and project management tools
- Confident communicating with external stakeholders and vendors
- Previous experience in event coordination, operations, hospitality, or project coordination is a plus
