Key Responsibilities:
- Sort materials/products according to size, type, color, or quality standards.
- Remove defective or damaged items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Assist in packing and labeling when required.
- Count and record sorted items properly.
- Follow safety guidelines and company rules.
- Support the production/warehouse team as needed.
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Basic understanding of quality checking.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Attention to detail.
