Admissions & CRM Operations Lead
Walnut is hiring an Admissions & CRM Operations Lead to own the full admissions funnel from enquiry to admission closure.
This is not a pure marketing role, not a counsellor role, and not a data-entry role. We’re looking for someone who can run the admissions operating system with discipline, clarity, and accountability.
What you will own
End-to-end lead and admissions funnel operations- CRM hygiene and stage discipline
- Follow-up systems across callers, counsellors, and campuses
- Lead ageing, pendency, and leakage control
- Admissions dashboards and conversion reporting
- Counsellor/caller productivity tracking
- Cross-functional coordination with marketing, school teams, and finance
What success looks like
Every lead is visible, tracked, and acted upon- Follow-ups happen on time without constant supervision
- CRM data is clean and reliable
- Conversion improves because the funnel is better run
- Leadership has clear visibility into admissions performance
