Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in technical hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT positions while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, social media platforms, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
